# Wragby Methodist Church

Wragby Methodist Church on Newton Close, Wragby, Lincolnshire, is an unlisted late-Victorian Wesleyan chapel of 1894, the third chapel on the site of an 1809 meeting.

## Overview

Lincolnshire HER records a Methodist church built in 1809 and rebuilt in 1894, of red brick with a gabled roof and stone dressings — window arches, hood moulds, coping and kneelers. The 1894 Wesleyan chapel on Church Street, now addressed from Newton Close, celebrated its centenary in 1994. A memorial organ commemorates local dead of the two world wars. The HER records no listed-building designation. The church is in the Mid-Lincolnshire Methodist Circuit, Lincolnshire District.
