Holy Trinity is a Grade II* Church in Wales parish church at the south-western edge of Trefnant, Denbighshire, in the Diocese of St Asaph. Cadw lists it as a lavish memorial church by Sir George Gilbert Scott, the focus of a parochial group that also includes his rectory, school and schoolhouse.

Overview
Cadw records a memorial church of 1853–55 to Colonel John Lloyd Salusbury of Galltfaenan Hall, paid for by his daughters Mrs Townsend Mainwaring and Mrs Charles Mainwaring. Scott designed it in his characteristic middle-pointed style of the late thirteenth and early fourteenth centuries. Coflein describes uncoursed dressed limestone on a battered plinth, limestone dressings, and steep roofs of copper-coloured Westmorland slate, with an aisled nave, gabled south porch, chancel, gabled north chapel and a double bellcote over the chancel arch. Arcade columns and capitals are of polished Mona (Anglesey) marble with naturalistic foliage carved by J. Blinstone of Denbigh, whom Scott sent to London for instruction.
A vestry was added in 1907 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott for Colonel Charles Salusbury Mainwaring. The east window of 1854 is by William Wailes and commemorates Colonel Salusbury and his wife. Cadw grades the church II* as a highly important and relatively unaltered Scott memorial commission, with group value with the rectory, school and school house.
