Overview
Pilaster strips in long-and-short work mark the north nave wall and north transept; a blocked north doorway has a roll-moulded hood on long-and-short pilasters. The crossing tower is Early English; a fourteenth-century south aisle and a nineteenth-century porch complete the plan. T. H. Wyatt restored the church around 1850. Inside are a fourteenth-century nave arcade and octagonal font, a piscina with an ogee canopy, and monuments including a brass to Thomas Atkinson (1657). The churchyard may occupy an earlier circular enclosure. A parish website traces the dedication and fabric.
