Overview

St Bartholomew's Church, located in Sealand, Flintshire, Wales, is a Grade II listed building in the diocese of St Asaph.

Designed by Chester architect John Douglas, the church was built between 1865 and 1867 in the High Victorian Gothic Revival style. The River Dee Company provided the site and partial funding. It was consecrated on 15 October 1867.

Constructed from Helsby sandstone, the church features a nave, chancel, north transept for the organ, and a south tower with a vestry. The interior is ashlar, and the tower includes a pyramid spire and turret. The east window's stained glass, donated by Douglas, is by Hardman & Co. (1867), while the west window's glass is by Kempe (1880).
