Overview
Historic England records a stone-rubble church with freestone dressings and Welsh slate roofs: nave, chancel, south aisle, south porch, and a tower at the east end of the south aisle with a stone broach spire and lucarnes. Geometric tracery includes a five-light east window. The interior is faced in Bath stone, with a three-bay arcade and contemporary furnishings (altar rail, stalls, pulpit, reredos and font). Listed on 21 May 1985 (NHLE 1108532). The parish is Staverton with Landscove. Pearson designed the church for workers at a nearby slate quarry, at the expense of Mrs Champernowne of Dartington Hall.
