### Overview

Joseph Groome Towers is situated in Cheshire West and Chester, Non Civil Parish. These three thirteen-storey tower blocks were constructed as public housing and contain a total of 153 dwellings, including 147 two-bedroom flats and six one-bedroom flats. 

The buildings feature a concrete frame with brick paneling and were approved for construction by committee in 1965. Built for the Ellesmere Port Municipal Borough Council, the project was awarded to W. Townson with a tender of £492,652.
