Overview
The parish website records that All Saints and St Andrew’s are one church with two buildings. St Andrew’s began in 1914 as an outreach from All Saints. In 1938 the main worship area was built on a sloping site, not on the traditional east–west axis. The 1938 building was never finished: the north aisle arches were bricked up in common brick and have since been extended outwards.
