Overview
The parish church was founded for the Camp Hill housing estate, developed in the 1950s. A dual-purpose hall opened on 8 May 1954 after services in a builders’ hut. The foundation stone of the church was laid on 27 August 1966 by the assistant Bishop of Coventry, J. McKie, and the church was consecrated on 10 September 1967. The parish website records fittings given by local craftspeople. No Historic England list entry has been found. The church closed around 2021 and Sunday services restarted in October 2024.
