Overview
Historic England records a fourteenth-century tower retained when the rest of the church was rebuilt in 1736–44. The fabric is ashlar, with a plinth, Roman Doric pilasters, rustication and round-headed windows, and a semi-circular apse. The listing names the architect as Smith of Leicester. Inside, the church keeps galleries, original box pews and a brass candelabrum.
The church stands on the west side of Church Street and forms a listed group with neighbouring houses. It remains the active Church of England parish church of Gainsborough All Saints.
